Dutch fund snaps up lucrative toll roads

The sale of two of Ireland’s most lucrative toll motorways to a Dutch fund management company has been notified to the competition regulator.

DIF has signed agreements to acquire shareholdings in both the M3 and M4 motorways from the Spanish construction company Cintra.
