The High Court has restricted bankrupt property developer Seán Dunne from acting as a company director for the next five years.

Orders against Dunne and his associate Ross Connolly were secured by Declan Taite, the liquidator appointed to MJBCH, one of the tycoon’s former companies, over the former directors’ failure to maintain proper books and records.
