Druids Glen golf club exits examinership

High Court confirms agreement between parties

Last month, the High Court approved the appointment of an interim examiner, following the decision of Gulland Property Finance Ltd, to appoint a receiver.

All matters have now been resolved and the board has acknowledged the support of AIB.

All debts due to creditors including the Revenue Commissioners are being discharged in full.
