Tempted deal expands Quintessential's Irish portfolio

International drinks group Quintessential Brands has agreed to acquire a one-third stake in Lisburn-based Tempted Irish Cider as it expands its Irish business.

Quintessential Brands Ireland’s recently announced a joint venture with Clanconnel Brewing Company’s McGrath’s Irish craft ales, while it has also spent €10m on acquiring and investing in the Dublin Whiskey Company.
