Digiweb snaps up assets in five different European countries

Irish telecoms company Digiweb has completed a major investment in infrastructure across five European countries.

Its most recent acquisition spree was funded in part by a cash injection over the summer of €125 million from Proventus Capital Partners. The assets purchased by Digiweb include network enhancements in Marseille, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan and Zurich.

A company source said that Digiweb revenues would grow to €100 million this year, a significant increase on 2012, the last year...
