Developer Kavanagh hit with €334,000 court order

Property developer Greg Kavanagh has been hit with a court order requiring him to pay Orchard Properties €333,945 after a dispute.


A high court order, which has been seen by The Sunday Business Post, commands that Kavanagh and two companies linked to the Wicklow developer pay Orchard Properties the sum. It is understood that the settlement relates to a dispute over unpaid fees.
