Two principal partners of New Generation Homes to part ways

Developer Greg Kavanagh has sold his stake in the residential and commercial property assets held by New Generation Homes to London-based M&G Investments.

The investment firm will be the sole backer of a new company that will hold the assets, which will in turn be led by Pat Crean, the other principal partner in New Generation Homes.
