Davy company buys quarter of Burlington Plaza for €51m

Second firm, backed by Colony Capital and Hibernia Reit, set to bid €61m for last 25 per cent

Davy Target Investments (DTI) has secured a 25 per cent stake in the Burlington Plaza office complex in Dublin 4 for €51 million after going up against Coolbrook, a company backed by Colony Capital, and listed property firm Hibernia Reit.

DTI acquired the interest from Lington, a company owned by AIB private clients but managed by Davy’s asset management unit since 2012.
