Dalata in exclusive talks to acquire leasehold interest in Dublin 4 Hilton Hotel

Dalata Hotel Group said it is in exclusive talks to acquire a leasehold interest in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Dublin 4, formerly known as the Burlington, as well as the operating interests in the hotel.

The hotel group said it is engaged in the discussions with another party, who is negotiating to purchase the property.
