Dalata boss Pat McCann has said its British business has observed no Brexit headwinds ahead of Britain’s looming departure from the European Union.

The head of Ireland’s biggest hotel group, which controls the Clayton and Maldron brands, said his British operation had enjoyed “a fantastic year” and had focused minimal time on planning for Brexit.
