Celtic Tiger restaurateurs Pia Bang and Jeff Stokes are due to either finalise their personal insolvency arrangements in court tomorrow or face bankruptcy.

The case is back in court after several adjournments, and a resolution is expected.

Because their debts exceed €3 million, the former owners of the Unicorn restaurant need the written consent of their secured creditors before any such arrangement can take hold.
