CPL full-year profits climb on record revenue

Recruitment firm says jobs trends positive despite Brexit uncertainty

Recruitment group CPL Resources has reported pre-tax profits of €15.4m for the year to the end of June, an increase of 9 per cent on the previous financial year.

Revenue rose by 10 per cent to €433.4m and gross profit climbed by 20 per cent to just over €70m. Earnings per share were 43.9 cent, up from 40.2 cent a year earlier, and a 13 per cent higher total dividend of 11 cent has been declared.
