Over the past few weeks, the ongoing wave of job cuts in the sector has led many to speculate that Big Tech’s party is over. But at Dogpatch Labs in the Dublin docklands last Thursday evening, the mood was one of resilience.

The start-up hub, which is home to over 250 indigenous tech-focused companies, held an event to extend the hand of friendship to people laid off from the likes of Meta, Twitter and Stripe.
