Cork native now second-in-command at Morgan Stanley

Exec's $6.8m salary third-highest in any publicly-quoted firm

Bandon native Colm Kelleher is the new president of global financial services giant Morgan Stanley.

He (58) joined Morgan Stanley in 1989 and worked as its investment banking chief.

He will also oversee wealth management in his new role which puts him second-in-command to chief executive James Gorman (57) who began a business turnaround plan six years ago.
