Successive ministers at the Department of Tourism, Transport and Sport have expressed serious concerns over corporate governance standards at Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company (DLHC) and the financial viability of a €67.5 million plan to revitalise the harbour, documents seen by The Sunday Business Post reveal.
