Commercial property sales set to triple by year-end

30th December, 2014

Commercial property transactions this year look set to vastly outstrip already strong 2013 sales.

Their combined total value may reach €5.8 billion if a number of high profile sales are completed before December 31. This is nearly three times the 2013 level, when total commercial transactions reached a healthy €2 billion.

The €5.8 billion figure includes the anticipated €800 million sale of six Bewley hotels before the end of the year.
