Commercial property market on track for €3.5bn year

Ireland’s commercial property market it on track for a €3.5 billion year in 2015, according to Savills property consultants.

Last year set a record for the Irish market with more than €4.5 billion of income producing property assets traded.

Savills said that while the 2014 record is unlikely to be surpassed this year, there continues to to be “strong activity” in the market with close to €680 million of tenanted property transacted between April...
