Munster Rugby is being sued by one of its strength and conditioning coaches.

Joe McGinley is suing the IRFU, Munster Rugby, and an English judo company over injuries he sustained during a judo demonstration last year.

As well as suing the two rugby bodies McGinley is suing Neil Adams Effective Fighting Ltd, a British company where Neil Adams and Nicole Adams are the two shareholders
