Cairn Homes buys Hanover Quay site in Dublin 2 for €18 million

The site will allow for the development of more than 100 apartments

Cairn Homes has acquired a site at Hanover Quay in Dublin 2

Cairn Homes said it is buying a site at Hanover Quay in Dublin 2, part of the South Dublin docklands Strategic Development Zone, for €18 million.

Purchase of the site, which will allow for the development of more than 100 apartments, is expected to be completed in early February. The site has existing planning permission which will allow Cairn to begin construction this year.
