Agreement follows €1.85 billion NAMA loan sale last year

British retail property company Hammerson, along with its joint venture partner Allianz Real Estate, has completed a deal to take over Dundrum Town Centre as part of a portfolio of market-leading assets in Dublin.

Hammerson says it has now reached agreement with Chartered Land to transfer the underlying properties, which also include the Dublin Central development site and land adjoining the Pavilions shopping centre in Swords.
