Brexit poses real threat to retailers, Ibec group warns

Retail Ireland says recent growth could be hit by Leave vote

Brexit could give retailers a major headache – despite a healthy increase in sales this year, it has been warned.

Retail Ireland, the Ibec group that represents the retail sector, today welcomed sales figures for May but cautioned that the UK's decision to Leave could hamper future growth.
