BoyleSports launches €120m bid for 360 British bookmakers

Shops coming up for sale after ruling by Britain’s competition tsar

BoyleSports has submitted an official bid worth in the region of £100 million (€118 million) for 360 British bookmakers in what would be a “transformative” deal for the Irish company.

“In phase one, there are in the order of 360 shops that are being looked at. By Friday of this week, that’s our deadline for submitting our bid. We’re in the process of reviewing our bid with a view to making that,” she said....
