Blendi plans smooth expansion into China

Dublin company Blendi Smoothies is planning to export to China as part of its major expansion plans.

The start-up, which has developed freeze-dried nutritional smoothie mixes, is in talks with three Chinese importers which will stock Blendi Smoothies through their online retailers.

Yvonne Dolan, founder of Blendi Smoothies, said the demand for European brands in China was booming.
