Siteserv controversy sparked IBRC commission

Minister for Justice and Equality Frances Fitzgerald has published a Bill aimed at dealing with

issues which have dogged the Commission of Investigation into Irish Bank Resolution Corporation(IBRC), which was set up last year. Its establishment was sparked by controversy over the sale of Siteserv by IBRC in 2012 to a company controlled by businessman Denis O’Brien.
