Atlantic Bridge winds up German investment vehicle

Irish venture capital fund Atlantic Bridge has wound up the vehicle it used to control its German investments, cashing over €30 million out of the fund in the process.

Documents filed with the companies office last week show that Atlantic Bridge AR Limited was subject to a members’ voluntary winding up last week. Shareholders at the company will receive a payout of €26,104,977 from the companies’ liquidated assets.
