AIB unit Haven cuts mortgage rates

The move reduces Haven's standard variable rate to 3.4%

AIB subsidiary Haven has cut its mortgage rates

Haven , a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIB, has announced further cuts to its mortgage rates for both new and existing customers.

has also reduced its new business loan-to-value mortgage rates by 0.25 per cent with effect from July 19, with the new rates starting from 3.1 per cent. It also cut the buy-to-let mortgage rate by 0.24 per dent to 4.85 per cent.

Haven said it was the fourth rate reduction in 20 months and would be supported by the introduction...
