Aer Lingus set to hire 300 staff as long-haul routes soar

Aer Lingus plans to hire 300 staff this year, which will bring its total staff in Ireland to 4,300. The new recruits will largely be made up of pilots and cabin crew.
The airline, which is owned by IAG, will also invest €10 million in 2018 in upgrading in-flight entertainment systems for economy seats on long-haul flights.
