Academy Street by Irish author Mary Costello is among the 10 novels shortlisted for the 2016 International Dublin Literary Award which is worth €100,000 to the winner.

The winner of the award, which is sponsored by Dublin City Council and is the most valuable annual literary award for a single work of fiction published in English, will be announced on June 9.
