The fourth generation of the Seat Leon hatchback was launched this year right as the Covid-19 pandemic hit Europe hard.

The unfortunate timing meant there was none of the usual razzmatazz of an international media launch and instead of seeing the car for the first time in soft afternoon light somewhere on the Mediterranean, we were introduced to it on Irish soil. Yet, its good looks were immediately obvious.
