At its 2019 showcase at London’s Tobacco Dock on June 12, Zendesk, the customer service and engagement platform, announced the expansion of its AI-powered chat bot, Answer Bot, as well as introducing Zendesk Duet, which brings together Zendesk Sell and Support in a streamlined, flexible product costing $59 per month per user.
