It may not spring to mind as an obvious tech hub, but Advantage Austria seeks to place Vienna as a tech hub for startups. Located in the heart of Europe, Vienna is traditionally known for opera, the Alps and classical music. This image may well change in the coming years as the tech scene begins to bubble.
