Following on from Sky’s announcement of a new 100Mbps fibre service last month, UPC has now announced a new 240Mbps service which the communications firm claims will be the fastest of its kind in Ireland.

The service, which was made available to those within UPC’s reach last week, will initially cost €25 per month for three months and €45 per month subsequently.
