Sustainability expert slams Government

One of the world’s leading experts on sustainability has slammed the Government’s decision not to directly address carbon taxes in the Budget and warned that Brexit is a major threat to combating climate change.

Dr Rachel Armstrong, professor of experimental architecture at University of Newcastle, told Connected that she wanted to see direct measures taken to encourage use of more sustainable technologies.
