Lyons and Alltech open brewing school in Lexington, Kentucky

l Food science giant Alltech, which has its EMEA headquarters in Dunboyne, has opened a new brewing and distilling college in Lexington, Kentucky in the US.

The Alltech Brewing and Distilling Academy was launched last month, with a short course on raw materials. Instructors will eventually teach everything from weekend courses for home brewers, to two-week courses for experienced technologists working in a commercial brewery or distillery.
