Lisbon takes ownership of Web Summit on its sophomore outing

The Web Summit felt like it belonged in Lisbon this year.

A year ago, it felt like an Irish event that happened to be taking place in the Portuguese capital. The locality, however, took cultural ownership of the summit last week with the tech gathering’s presence noticeable across the city.
