This year featured so many top women in industry lists that I hope someone does a Top Ten List of Top Women list as an annual round-up. Lately, I’ve seen lists of the most powerful women, the coolest women, the most successful women, the women to watch. Too many of these lists, however, are compiled and written by men, which still leaves men with too much authority over defining women’s value.
