Matchmaking platform Luvguru is raising €750,000 to launch its app in London and San Francisco

An Irish start-up is looking to change the face of the dating app market by taking a novel approach.

Luvguru, based out of NDRC in Dublin, is a matchmaking platform set to go live next month. The business is looking to raise €750,000 by the end of the year and acquire one million users within the first 12 months of going live.

The idea to go for matchmaking was partially inspired by the Lisdoonvarna matchmaking festival...
