Salesforce’s annual get-together, Dreamforce, had a predictable theme and one the CRM giant looked to hammer home hard throughout.

Einstein, a new artificial intelligence (AI) product from Salesforce, brings together information from all of the firm’s products to help customers make decisions.

The drive behind Einstein came early and often at the event, which was attended by 170,000 people in San Francisco last month.
