Snare, who was speaking about user experience (UX) at The Sunday Business Post’s Swipe summit last week, said businesses were too often reactive when it came to improving their online presence.

“UX is a process, a way of thinking, rather than just a thing that you do. I see companies having wake-up calls all the time. They suddenly become aware that everything is wrong,” Snare said.
