Belfast-based technology firm Brewbot has raised about $400,000 in additional cash, bringing its total funding to date, including a Series A funding round and a Kickstarter campaign, to $2 million.

Brewbot, which has developed an app-enabled device for beer brewers, has attracted investment from angel investor Eamon Leonard, FitBit board member Brad Feld, and Bebo founder Michael Birch, the latter getting on board after meeting the Belfast business at the Collision technology conference in Las Vegas.
