Blueface prepares to branch out with CRM offering

The telecoms services provider looking at acquisitions in Britain and Spain

Irish telecoms services provider Blueface is launching its own customer relationship management (CRM) software as part of a significant expansion of the business in 2016.

The firm, which currently has 40 staff, plans to hire 15 staff over the next 18 months, make at least one acquisition in either Britain or Spain, and has already invested €1.4 million in research and development to back up its expansion plan.
