The property scene looks set to warm up in Stillorgan following recent sales of two key sites and after the strategic Leisureplex property goes to tender on March 30.

Local residents, retailers and restaurateurs will be wondering if the purchasers of these sites will bring new retailers to the village and whether these new developments will challenge or complement the shopping centre which has seen an upsurge in occupancy levels since 2012.
