PwC Irish headquarters building sold for €242m

International investment group buys docklands property from receivers

One Spencer Dock is PwC's Irish headquarters

It has been confirmed that a 21,000 square metre office block in Dublin’s docklands has been sold for €242m to international investment group AGC Equity Partners..

It was sold by Savills and CBRE on behalf of joint receivers to the NAMA-secured property Luke Charleton and David Hughes of EY and Davy Real Estate.

The office accommodation is 100 per cent let to PwC under three separate co-terminous leases. PwC signed a 25-year lease...
