Government agrees "unanimously" to appeal Apple ruling - Noonan
AG will now prepare grounds for taking case
Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said that the government decided “unanimously” to appeal the European Commission ruling.
The Attorney General will now prepare the grounds for appeal in the coming months.
Speaking after today’s cabinet decision, Noonan described retrospective nature of the ruling by the Commission as "bizarre and outrageous".
