First non-residential market report released

Research shows considerable divergence in buyer type

For the first time, estate agents CBRE and Allsop Ireland have published statistics on the sale of investment properties like Elmpark in Dublin 4

CBRE and Allsop Ireland have collaborated to publish the first in a series of bi-annual reports looking at the commercial investment market throughout the country.
