First batch of large family homes go on sale at former golf course site in Dún Laoghaire

Roseland at Cualanor, on Upper Glenageary Road in Dún Laoghaire, south Co Dublin, was abuzz last week in preparation for this weekend’s launch of four and five-bedroom family homes.

The units are the first tranche of homes being sold in this section of the site, part of the 76-acre former Dún Laoghaire golf course, which Cosgrave Developments bought in 2002 for €20 million.
