Drinks firm in legal battle with Kerry Group
A legal battle with food giant Kerry Group contributed to the circumstances of drinks company Kerry Spring’s provisional liquidation, the company has claimed.
The firm, which is up for sale said that “an alleged material non-disclosure by the previous owners of Kerry Spring was a fundamental issue impacting the company’s trading progress, and is the subject of . . . legal proceedings,” a spokesman for the company confirmed.
