Deutsche bank bids for last big sale at NAMA
Group expresses interest in projects Emerald and Ruby
Europe's largest investment bank Deutsche Bank has put in a bid for one of the last big portfolio sales at the National Asset Management Agency (Nama).
The two portfolios - Emerald and Ruby - have a combined value of €4.7 billion and include €750 million of residential property loans leftover from the property crash.
There is a total of 950 residential properties in the deal, with just over 50 per cent occupancy.
