US vice-president Joe Biden has expressed his disappointment at Britain's decision to leave Europe.
Biden made the remarks in a speech he gave in the grounds of Dublin Castle during his six-day visit to Ireland.
Noting the importance of the US economic relationship with the European Union, Biden said: “As long standing friends of the United Kingdom, the United States respects their decision.
