Blanchardstown Centre on market for €1bn
The centre has the potential to greatly expand
Blanchardstown Centre, Ireland’s largest shopping centre at 112,000 square metres, will be brought to the market for sale early next month by joint agents JLL and Eastdil Secured. Given its annual rent roll of about €50 million, it is expected that the vendor, Green Property, will be seeking in the region of €1 billion for the complex.
